Announcement from the Journal Committee



  The Journal Committee members of the Viola da Gamba Society of Japan (VdGSJ) are delighted to announce the publication of our Handbook for the Viola da Gamba (Academia Music, 2018), available in four versions.

  The purpose of this publication is to extend the appropriate information on the viol today in handy form. We publish this handbook not only for the members of the VdGSJ, but also for those interested in viols, including amateurs, students, performers, researchers and the media, even outside of the VdGSJ.
